• The 2024 BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting is being held in Glasgow on 9-10th October, with part of the programme also available online for virtual delegates.
  • The venue is the Technology & Innovation Centre (TIC) and the exhibitor area will be the level 2 foyer (see floorplan linked below).
  • The 2023 hybrid event had over 140 in-person delegates and we hope that our first visit to Scotland since 2010 will attract similar numbers.
  • The majority of delegates in 2023 were UK-based Consultant Community Paediatricians, with trainees and SAS doctors also attending; we expect similar this year.

  • You should receive an acknowledgement email when you submit the form but it won't include your response details, so please save a copy before you press the submit button.
  • The cost for exhibitors includes lunch and refreshments for two people.
  • On receipt of booking we will confirm details and invoice you.
  • Deadline to submit booking form: 18 September.
  • Deadline to receive artwork for programme adverts/ company logo: 23 September.

Booking Conditions

  1. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday 23 September under any circumstances. Cancellations received prior to this date will be eligible for a full refund minus £25 administrative fee.
  2. Data Protection - the details you provide on the booking form will be held and processed electronically.
  3. Exhibitor area position - those booking need to tick on the form below that they have noted and accepted these details:
    The TIC is a research facility and conference venue owned by the University of Strathclyde. It is not open to members of the public and no undergraduate lectures take place there. The exhibitor area is the level 2 foyer, where there is a walking route for building users which bypasses exhibitor stands (shown on floorplan linked below).
  4. Exhibitor and advertisement bookings will not be accepted from companies that market breast milk substitutes. In addition, BACCH reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from organisations whose aims are not in keeping with those of the Association.
