Introduction

• The NHS Long-Term Plan is a very welcome change in direction for the NHS and it is important to understand the reasoning for this and the implications for the delivery of services to children and families.
• This module introduces provides an overview of the key concepts of the NHS Long Term Plan each of which will be developed further in future mini-modules.
